Vlad does great work at excellent prices. Keeps you well informed, and is prompt and reliable! Did my 3rd floor which ended up being more involved structurally than we thought, but came through with flying colors. His family and workers were a joy to work with. Cleaned up after themselves, and I learned a little Russian.
